Welcome to the 2010/2011 hot lunch program at Edge School with The Main Dish…. A new approach and more importantly great food for the students, parents and staff! Edge School has partnered with The Main Dish to provide students, parents and staff with healthy chef-prepared daily lunch meals at a preferred meal pricing structure. The full lunch includes beverage, side, entrée and dessert.
Operating a full deli bistro in the heart of Bridgeland since 2006, The Main Dish provides convenient, healthy and delicious eating solutions for busy Calgarians. The Main Dish understands high performance athletes and their nutritional needs and have learnt from direct experience what this extensive group what it takes to fuel excellence.
The Main Dish's Healthy Essentials feature meals that are nutritionally sound, with low carbohydrate, low fat and/or high protein options. The Healthy Essentials menu along with the Canada Food Guide will be a strong focus and influence for the menu at Edge School. Lunches will be prepared fresh in house in the Edge cafeteria.
In addition to the pre-ordered lunch menu, Edge cafeteria will offer a number of other menu selections at the standard Main Dish a-la-carte price.
