ALBERTA BALLET & EDGE
Edge School has entered into an exciting new academic partnership with The School of Alberta Ballet. Beginning in September of 2010, students in The School of Alberta Ballet Professional Division, from grade 6 to 12, can attend the Edge School.
"This partnership provides not only a much better schedule for ballet students, but it also provides a much more balanced lifestyle to their academics, to their ballet and to their lives. As training in ballet is rigorous and competitive, it is this sort of academic partnership that is required for students to achieve success in ballet."

Our Flex Academy hopes to meet the needs of those Edge students who are training and competing at a high level in a variety of sports outside the school: swimming, ski jumping, alpine ski racing, tennis, gymnastics, equestrian, skating and luge, to name but a few. Although these students may not be a part of Edge's skill development programs in Hockey, Golf, Dance or Soccer, we try to make them feel that they are very much at home at Edge!
We help our Flex Academy students handle academic pursuits and plan for their future and explore their many post-secondary options. We emphasize excellence in all areas of a student’s life, not just athletics.
Working with the student and his/her family as well as our teachers and coaches, we look to provide access to our many academic and athletic resources.
