THANK YOU!
The ELA teachers at Edge School appreciate all of the help we had to run TREW this year.
Thanks to the administration for the support, especially to Mr. Taylor for budgeting for our prizes. Thanks to Tina Bantle and Laurie McCabe for their generous help with planning, timetabling, and distributing prizes.
Thank you to John Orme and Lauren Ritchie for creating the posters of teachers reading, and to Lauren for posters and web site publicity.
Thank you to all the staff who were involved in Pleasant Poetry Pauses. We realize that not everyone is comfortable reading poetry at the front of a class of students, but many volunteered and we had a tremendous response.
Thanks to teaching staff who helped to run Caught You Reading and Boggle. We appreciate you giving up your lunch breaks during some very busy days.
Thanks to parents and students who contributed books to our Book Drive for Share The Magic. We had a terrific response and collected 914 books.
And finally, thanks to the students who participated in the events. We hope you enjoyed The Reading Edge Week, 2013. And remember to keep on reading.
