Edge School is governed by the Edge School Society Board. The Board consists of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and Board committees in Finance/Audit, Fundraising/Capital Programs, Athletics, Academics, Facilities.

The Executive Committee provides guidance and support to senior management on key operational and financial matters. The Board committees are responsible for every aspect of the School’s operations under the guidance of our Executive Committee. The initial mandate of the committees is to perform a review from top to bottom of the School’s operations and to identify ways to improve efficiency, integration and value. These committees also serve to evaluate new initiatives aimed at providing our students further options and an environment where they can achieve their maximum potential.
