Yakimchuk qualifies for 2011 Rhythmic Gymnastics Nationals

Katarina Yakimchuk, Edge Flex student in Grade 9, placed 9^th all-around amongst a large group of national level Juniors (38 gymnasts) with very consistent effort and performance at the recent 2011 Western Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships. This is Katarina's strongest showing ever at the Western competition. Congratulations!

Katarina's placing allows for two additional gymnasts from her club, Chinook Rhythmique Gymnastics Club, to participate in the upcoming Canadian Rhythmic Gymnastics Individual Championship (CIC).
